The thin and light reading glasses fit elegantly into the robust protective case and are therefore easy to take along.
They are feather-light, grip with gentle pressure and can be moved up or down your nose for optimal fit and comfort. Every ThinOptics Reader is made of shatterproof, thermo-injection molded, optical-grade polycarbonate. The bridge is made from a shape-memory metal called Nitinol, which is 10x more elastic than spring steel and encased in medical-grade silicone tubing.
The same lens material regularly applied in high-end prescription glasses is used. The lenses are made by one of the most advanced optical lens manufacturers in the world.
ThinOptics readers have been designed to fit the vast majority. They can be positioned higher up or down the nose for a comfortable fit. Under normal reading conditions the highly elastic bridge and grip-sensitive nose pads ensure a snug fit. We designed the readers to stay on securely, even as you move side to side, or look down to eat your salad or finish a crossword puzzle.
