Customer service is available to answer any questions you may have in connection with our services. The safest way to contact us is by using the Contact Form.

DELIVERY AND SHIPPING

Orders are only dispatched to addresses in Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Delivery is usually free of charge. Flat-rate shipping costs for postage and packaging may be charged for orders below a minimum order value.

The delivery time for stock items is usually 2-3 working days. Goods that are not in stock take approx. 2-3 weeks.

PAYMENTS

We accept all major payment methods.

RETURNS

We can only accept returns due to unsuitability or incorrect orders under certain conditions (see General Terms and Conditions). In any case, prior notification via the contact form is required. In such cases, returns are made at the customer's expense and risk.

Incorrect deliveries on our part can be returned unopened. However, we ask you to notify us in advance via the contact form so that we can send you the return postage label.

REPAIRS / REPLACEMENTS

As a trading partner, we supply you with goods from the relevant manufacturers. The warranty conditions of the respective manufacturer therefore apply to warranty services.

If a repair is possible after clarification with the manufacturer, we will be happy to help you with the case handling. If repair is not possible, we will replace the product, provided that we still have the same product in stock. Otherwise the purchase price will be refunded.

Please do not send us any goods without prior notification using the contact form. Transport is always the responsibility of the customer.
